WHO IS LIFE TEEN?
We are an international Catholic ministry who believes that Eucharist-based ministry has the power to transform teens, transform parishes, and transform culture.
LIFE TEEN MQT
a vibrant and faith-filled youth program seeking to guide all teenagers to come to know, love, and serve the person of Jesus Christ through the communal Celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, faith formation, and youth centered events, retreats, and missions. The primary catalyst in developing this relationship with Our Lord is the gift of the Holy Spirit, which was given to Christ’s Mystical Body, the Church. The primary witness of this spiritual gift is in the example the core members set in relationship with the youth and one another. Led by the teachings of Christ and His Bride, the Church, and guided by Her Spirit of Truth, our teens are being led closer to Christ.
Weekly gathering schedule:
LIFE NIGHT
Every Sunday evening (late September thru early May) immediately following the 6:00 PM Mass in the cathedral basement. This is our weekly religious education night for high school teens; dinner, snacks, and refreshments provided.
LIFE PULSE: Bible Study and Social
On scheduled Wednesday evenings starting at 7:00 PM in the downstairs youth room (or @ Dustin's house). This is our weekly Bible study and social night for high school teens; evenings include pizza, Bible study and praise & worship/Eucharistic Adoration.
Youth Room
We have our very own youth room adjacent to our parish library in our old faith formation office. Youth are welcome to use the facility throughout the week with proper adult supervision.
*We will also be having various service projects, youth retreats, and our annual Steubenville North trip amidst the regular Life Teen schedule.
